If you’ve ever experienced that sudden rush of panic that something horrible will happen and that it is your responsibility to prevent it. If that thought has been so far from your morals that it made it question who you are, it’s likely you might be experiencing obsessive thoughts. These can vary in themes, for example; harm OCD, religious OCD and contamination OCD. I can support you in overcoming the urge to give into compulsive behaviours by helping you to identify their role in maintaining your intrusive thoughts.

Chronic illness or injury requires being kinder to yourself and implementing adaptations to your day to day life.
